Super Easy Chocolate Mousse
Makes 4 servings, about 1/2 cup each

- 4 ounces dark chocolate 100 gram bar is fine, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter cut into small pieces
- pinch salt optional
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar or other sweetener to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Melt the chocolate, butter and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Meanwhile, use a mixer to whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and fold in the whipped cream. Use a spatula to help scrap the chocolate from the bottom of the bowl. Be gentle and continue to fold. Eventually it will turn a yummy dark color and mix together.
Spoon into bowls or ramekins.
Serve right away or store in the fridge until ready.
Garnish as desired before serving.
