Honey Garlic Tofu
This quick meal takes advantage of good quality, heat and eat products.

- 1 serving Japanese style tofu cut into triangles
- Oil to coat the bottom of a small skillet
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili paste (or more)
- 1 clove garlic grated with microplane
- 1 green onion sliced thinly reserve some for garnish
- 4 Tablespoons Soy sauce I use tamari
- 1-2 Tablespoons Honey
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 serving microwave basmati rice heated according to the package directions
Heat the oil, garlic and red chili paste over medium high heat
Add the tofu, turning to coat. Cook for 3 minutes or so to heat thru.
Move the tofu to the side of the pan and add the soy sauce, green onions and honey to the center. Let thicken a little then turn the tofu in the sauce to coat.
Arrange the tofu over the cooked rice, then pour any remaining sauce over top and garnish with green onions and cilantro
