The Best Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 medium onion peeled and grated on the fine holes of a box grater
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 regular lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce or more, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 ounces blue cheese about 100 grams in a block

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients except for the blue cheese in a bowl and stir to combine. Taste and adjust the pepper and Worcestershire sauce as desired.
  • Crumble the blue cheese into the mix and gently fold it all together.
  • Transfer to a covered container and store for a couple hours before serving.
  • The dressing will keep for a week or so in the fridge.
